David Robertson is a singer-songwriter whose music reflects the experiences, relationships, and perspectives that have shaped him. Growing up, he moved often, exposing him to different people, cultures, and ways of seeing the world. Along the way, loss and difficult lessons taught him that growth doesn’t always come from the moments we expect it to.

He finds inspiration in the thoughts that aren’t always spoken out loud—the questioning, reflection, uncertainty, and realization that happen beneath the surface.

At the heart of his work is the idea that perspective isn’t always as clear as we believe it to be. His project, Delusional Days, explores the reality that we can all develop our own skewed perceptions of life, relationships, and even ourselves. Not every day feels like a victory, and not every moment makes sense. For David, the highs and lows are equally important parts of the experience.

Ultimately, David wants his music to be more than something heard once and forgotten. He hopes listeners return to his songs, discover something different each time, and feel inspired to create something of their own. Whether through music, writing, visual art, or another form of expression, he wants his work to encourage people to explore their own perspectives and turn their experiences into something meaningful.

David’s next chapter brought him to Weathered Pages. In 2026, he was selected for The Next Chapter Program, joining Weathered Pages as part of the program’s inaugural class of artists. Through the program, David will have the opportunity to further develop his music through professional studio recording, mentorship, collaboration, and creative support.

His selection begins a new chapter in his artistic journey as he works alongside the Weathered Pages team to bring his music and creative vision to life.
